While researching reasons many business mergers were not supported by employees, Todd found a very unique process that unlocks individual performance and provides a true understanding of why people mismanage and miscommunicate. He found it hard to believe that understanding personality could solve major performance issues plaguing managers! Additionally, he found that most managers were missing communication skills needed to boost employee performance.
In this introductory session for PCM, learners will be presented with basic personality types through instructor lead exercises. Participants will then validate concepts with others by using feedback and role play to identify their own base personality traits for better communication that leads to higher performance.
This is an introduction to the Process Communication Model (PCM). Like all new languages it needs practice to become fluent. Once learners understand basic personality and ways to increase performance by meeting psychological needs, they will be able to test these new skills at work and home.
