July Presentation

Creating High Capacity Groups

Speakers- Joe and Elizabeth Lacroix of Quality of WorkLife Consultants

The interactive nature of this presentation will begin with a brief explanation of three Individual Profiles that help explain the way people think and behave in relation to one another.  Everyone will be invited to view their own behavior through these lenses to establish a foundation for three exercises that equate to the three stages of group maturity.  These three stages of development were first documented by Will Schutz, and refined and adapted by the Lacroix's.  Participants experience an evolution that dramatically demonstrates how groups evolve from low to high capacity.
