In this workshop session you will gain the knowledge, skills and tools to curate a successful workplace culture. During experiential learning program, you will learn the ACC® System(Analyze, Curate, Create) that includes the holistic and proactive IMPACT Model  (Intentions & Inclusion, Measurement, Process, Accountability, Time & Tactics) methodology, EEM (Employee Empathy Mapping) and AoWC (Anatomy of Workplace Culture).

1. Understand exactly how the ACC System will improve your organizational results. This understanding will equip you to eliminate stress, getting at every root cause before placing a strategy in motion.

2.Know how to apply research-based IMPACT Model methodology to any future situation. Never again miss steps in fully executing your strategies.

3.Apply the ACC System in real time situation.
