Instructional Design for Adults-Targeting Your Audience. Join us for an interactive presentation that can help you build a successful instructional design project and shape the ADDIE ISD model taking into account your target audience.



Nancy Parks is a curriculum developer and instructor for the Center for Military & Veterans Education (formerly part of the Regional Workforce Development Center) at Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach, VA. 

 

She is currently in the Occupational Skills and Technology Masters Program at Old Dominion University (ODU), has a Bachelors in Education from Southern Illinois University, a Bachelors in Business Management from Phoenix University, and two Associates.  Nancy transitioned out of the United States Navy after twenty years as an Electronics Technician.  Nancy was stationed all over the United States and overseas. 

 

Presently, Nancy creates curriculum on various types ranging from Health Information Technology to Human Resources to Basic Instructor Development.  She provides training to civilian, military and Department of Defense contractors.
