A solid understanding of the project management discipline is at the root of the success of any serious training, human performance, or change management initiative… or any other human endeavor, for that matter!

In this interactive session, defense consultant Pete Morford will present an overview of the Project Management Institute’s renowned project management model, keying on three important processes.

Drawing on his previous career serving at sea in the US Navy, Pete will also explore a proven leadership model that provides the foundation of Pete’s current knowledge management project, and is applicable to anyone charged with getting results.

Anyone interested in learning more about project management basics, the art of leadership, or just networking with like-minded professionals will not want to miss this event!

Don't forget your donations for the foodbank. For the month of July we will be focusing on collecting Pasta and Sauces, Boxed Meals, Chunky Soups, Stews.
