Join Amanda Burbage, certified mediator and adult educator, for an interactive 1 1/2 hour workshop regarding generational differences.

No matter if you're at work, volunteering in the community, or at a family reunion, generations can collide! Understanding how each generation formulates its characteristics and preparing for differences amongst the generations can help you avoid that crash. The good news is generations share more than we sometimes think - so you don't have to start from scratch!

Amanda Burbage graduated with a Master of Arts in Humanities and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Sociology from Old Dominion University. She is an adult educator, specializing in human relations, with over 1,500 hours of podium experience. Since 2001 she has been a Virginia Supreme Court Certified Mediator. With over 250 hours of mediation experience, Amanda specializes in civil and family conflicts. She is also certified to teach a variety of mediation certification and recertification courses, as well as provide customized training or facilitation services.
