Connie has invested the last 48 years teaching and training individuals in the public school setting, the college setting, and in the organizational setting, providing valuable communication skills including 10 years of teaching public school English, 15 years as an adjunct college instructor, 15 years as a single female small business owner of an international organizational development company, 7 years as a training department manager, and 12 years as a trainer and organizational development consultant within Symantec Corporation, the leader in internet security with 20,000 employees located in 50 different countries.
Connie specializes in facilitating organizational development programs, team building and interventions, webinars, consulting, coaching and developing leaders, designing and delivering personalized training programs on a variety of topics, motivational speaking, keynoting, and entrepreneurial networking.
Connie has a Masters in Communication, Communication Theory from Norfolk State University and a B.S. in Education from Bowling Green State University .
