Building Team Engagement

To Increase Business Performance
By Daniel Barto of TMG, Inc.

Building Team Engagement to Increase Business Performance will explore the driving factors for workforce productivity and engagement. Every business has the obligation to provide their leaders with the tools, training, and awareness to build Engaged Teams that are focused on Winning every day.

Team Engagement is a product of the relationship between the Leader and the Led, unfortunately the majority of First Line Leaders aren’t prepared for this responsibility.

This session will provide insights about the different types of Engaged relationships, how to measure and improve Teammate Engagement, as well as the effects of Team Engagement on Business Productivity. Learn how the best Teams, Dream Teams, seem to naturally and seamlessly boost productivity, bottom-line performance and employee engagement to make more money year over year; regardless of top line revenue.
