Designing Talent for the Future- “Train the Trainer” Workshop Series #1
Training for many organizations is a critical part of doing business. Creating internal programs to help your workers increase their knowledge, improve their skills and abilities will help to increase their job-related competencies and productivity. This is why talent development is necessary for all groups of workers in an organization.
SEVA ATD is offering the first workshop of a three part series that will start with training the trainers. We want to help you provide a meaningful experience with your participants by "Designing Talent Development for the Future" success of your organization. We're going back to the basics of training and development with the updated tools to help build your best fit programs.
This workshop series is designed for your trainers, subject matter experts, mid-level professionals and those that are beginning their own careers in talent development.
This workshop series will include highly interactive hands-on activities, group and individual exercises. In this first workshop series we will cover the broad overview of each level of the ADDIE model. Participants will be given tools for each level (workshop supplies) to use and leading towards their final (fitting) finished project.
