Building Better Job Aids
presented by Dan Raymond
The program will be on developing and integrating effective job aids in the work place. Properly developed job aids are cost effective, powerful performance improvement tools that compliment and leverage an integrated performance strategy. The use of job aids provides the workforce with immediate direction when and where it is needed. Much of the E-learning and other types of training available today don't work as well as they should because they lack supporting job aids.
