Despite common misconceptions, job hunting during the holiday season is actually an opportune time to find your next position. Join us on Saturday to discuss and practice crucial search strategies such as honing your elevator speech, networking at holiday gatherings, designing business cards, dressing for success, and more. You will come away with the confidence and skills to land your next dream job by the new year!

About Tasha Curry-Corcoran

Tasha Curry-Corcoran works for CACI in the Human Capital Consulting Group. As part of this innovative team, Tasha helps federal agencies find solutions to their workforce planning, development, and retention challenges. Tasha has a 16-year kaleidoscope career working in international development, IT training, curriculum design, project management, diversity awareness, and community organizing. She has also served on the boards of numerous local and regional community service organizations. She has an undergraduate degree in Foreign Affairs from The University of Virginia and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from George Washington University.  Tasha enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and musical theater.

Tasha has a “no-rules” philosophy when it comes to job search. She can offer tips on informational interviewing, returning to the workforce, resume writing, career fair strategies, navigating college career service offerings, and creating meaningful internships/volunteer positions.
